Proposal Components

Pacific-Tier Communications prepares a written proposal for all projects.  This is to protect your interests by ensuring all projects have clearly stated objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

--- Click HERE for Formal Proposal Description ---

Pre-Proposal

The "pre-proposal" is completed immediately following an initial interview.  The pre-proposal will formally introduce Pacific-Tier Communications, and review all project assumptions and stated objectives.  Components of the pre-proposal include:

Introduction

The Introduction givers the project a formal title, statement of major objectives, and description of how these objectives contribute to the mission of your company or organization.

Statement of Proposed Research

Expanded look at the assumptions, planning, and approach to the project.  This is not intended as a technical overview of the project, but rather a statement that will allow several levels of project participants to fully understand the objectives and expected outcomes of the project.  A detailed project plan and proposal will be included within the formal proposal document, following the pre-proposal.

Resumes

A brief resume including qualifications relevant to the proposed project are included for each team member.

Timelines and Budget

A chart showing the timelines as understood following our interview with clients showing the proposed timelines of the project and budget planning.
