Monitoring Terms of Service
Free Trial
Program
The free trial program allows unlimited use of all features of our free
monitoring system with no obligation to pay. Devices cannot be monitored
more frequently than every 15 minutes during the trial. Premium
notification methods are not available during the trial; however, they can be
tested separately. Free trial accounts can be upgraded at any time during
the trial period.
Termination of
Service
We reserve the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our
sole discretion.
Verification of
Right to Monitor
Pacific-Tier
Communications will contact the web site administrator or site owner at our
discretion to determine the right of a requestor to initiate web site
monitoring. Pacific-Tier is committed to ensuring the privacy, security,
and right of domain to manage any Internet device. If the rightful owner
of a site does not agree to monitoring, monitoring will be terminated
immediately.
Reports
Reports are created
weekly for use by monitoring clients. While we'll make every attempt to
ensure reports are generated and transmitted on time, pacific-Tier makes no
assurance reports will be submitted within a particular time frame or window.
